目的 研究扯根菜全草的化学成分。方法 运用多种色谱法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从扯根菜全草中分离出14个化合物,分别鉴定为乔松素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、山柰酚(2)、香草酸(3)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-木糖-(1→2)-β-D-半乳糖苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、乔松素(6)、槲皮素(7)、阿福豆苷(8)、11-O-没食子酰岩白菜素(9)、岩白菜素(10)、4-没食子酰岩白菜素(11)、原儿茶酸(12)、儿茶素(13)和没食子酸(14)。结论 化合物1、3、6、7、8、12、13和14为首次从该植物中得到。
Abstract
To study the chemical constituents of Penthorum chinense Pursh. METHODS Many chromatography means were used in separation and purification, and the structures of all compounds were identified by the means of spectroscopic analysis and physico-chemical properties. RESULTS Fourteen compounds were elucidated as: pinocembrin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),kaempferol(2),vanillic acid(3),quercetin-3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside(4), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(5),pinocembrin(6),quercetin(7),afzelin(8),11-O-galloylbergenin(9),bergenin(10),4-galloylbergenin(11),protocatechuic acid(12),catechins(13),gallic acid(14). CONCLUSION Compounds 1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13 and 14 are obtained from the title plant for the first time.
